Information you choose to share
When you call or text, you may share your name, phone number, location, vehicle details, requested service, and fuel type. We use this information to respond, check coverage and availability, provide a quote, and arrange service. Phone and SMS services are provided by your carrier and our communications provider.
Website analytics
Optional Google analytics or advertising measurement can be configured after launch. When configured, scripts load only if you choose “Allow analytics.” Contact button clicks can be measured as intent; a click does not establish that a call was completed. Campaign parameters such as UTM tags and Google click IDs may be included with those events. You can decline optional analytics and still use the website.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to communicate with you, deliver the requested service, or meet legal obligations. Set a documented retention schedule before launch. We do not offer website accounts or online payments.
